Hi Cubs Parents

We are looking at making bookings for some one-day events in the spring Term 2020

In the past we have often been oversubscribed for these events but they cost money upfront to book so we don't want to book more places than we need

Please could you let us know if you think your cub would like to attend the following two events. This is not a firm commitment at this stage but we will use your replies to gauge how many places to book

if you select yes-attending to the first option  then you will get separate options for the two events

Hi Beaver Parents

We are looking at making a booking for a  one-day water activity event in June 2020

In the past, we have often been oversubscribed for these events but they have to be paid in advance to secure our places.  (We don't want to book more places than we need as this costs the group money)

Please, could you let us know if you think your Beaver would like to attend and the best date - Please do this ASAP so we can book the venue before its too late

This is not a firm commitment at this stage but we will use your replies to gauge how many places to book

The dates in question are either 14th June or 27th June

The cost is to be confirmed  but will be around £35 for the day that will cover 2 activities which are still to be confirmed but the choice will be from

wobbleboarding and katakanuing
