Hi Beaver Parents
We are looking at making a booking for a one-night beaver sleepover experience at Frith Grae, Mill Hill
In the past, we need a minimum number to make it possible and want to get an idea before we ook te venue
Please, could you let us know if you think your Beaver would like to attend - please do this ASAP so we can book the venue before its too late
This is not a firm commitment at this stage but we will use your replies to gauge how many places to book
we are looking at around £35 for the event but this will e confirmed

We need some parents to help with this event. Please indicate how you can help
Friday evening supper – prepare some simple hot dogs and hot chocolate
Saturday Morning – arrive early to cook breakfast for tee avers
Saturday lunch and afternoon – help supervise beavers making lunch and also help clean up the cabin and pack away
